Yes, if the client wishes. Depending on the scope of the work, the Town Council requires either a prior notification (comunicación previa) or a building licence; we can handle the paperwork for you so you don’t have to deal with it.
All our works come with the guarantees set out in current legislation. For new builds and building rehabilitation, the Spanish Building Act (LOE) applies: 1 year for finishing defects, 3 years for habitability defects and 10 years for structural damage.
